4 POINT INSPECTION

A Four-Point Insurance inspection is typically performed to obtain, or renew, an insurance policy on structures older than 25 years. A Four-Point inspection is a limited, visual survey of the heating/air conditioning, roof, electrical, and plumbing systems.

CITIZENS ROOF CONDITION CERTIFICATION

The roof covering has a definite life span and even minimal windstorms or hurricanes and hail damage can cause substantial damage if the roof is not properly maintained or in need of replacement. A Citizens Roof Condition Certification Inspection is designed to identify and provide information on the condition of the roof, its age, and remaining useful life. Citizens is frequently requesting a Roof Condition Certification Inspection on older homes regardless of the date of the last roof replacement.
